Clock changes into Daylight Saving Time

Daylight saving time (DST) also called summer time starts each year on the last Sunday in March and ends on the last Sunday in October. On Sunday 25th of March the clocks will go forward, meaning we lose an hour. British Summer Time will end on 28th October at 2.00 am when the clocks go back to 1.00am.

- the good news: the evenings have more daylight and free time for sports and other activities that exploit sunlight after working hours
- Note: some National Express, Megabus and Eurolines services that will be on a road at that time, could reach the sations and stops about 60 minutes later
