NatEx boss Cleaves is making long coach marathon
The managing director of the National Express coach business, Andrew Cleaves, is to spend next week travelling the country on his own coach services to experience life as a NatEx customer.
Cleaves explains:
I do spend a lot of time visiting National Express locations around the UK, but it’s for a few hours here and there. I want to dedicate some quality time travelling on coaches to not only meet customers and staff, but to travel as a customer does.
I want to experience what’s great and what’s not so great about the service we offer.
General manager for the National Express coaches, will check the quality of airport, intercity and overnight National Express services across the country.
Prizes will be on offer while Cleaves is travelling in a “Where am I?” competition which will run on Facebook and Twitter.
