Netherlands page update.

Today we updated the Netherlands page. This page is composed of two parts, the first relates to bus routes to Amsterdam and Rotterdam, the second page links to Heerlen and Eindhoven. Both parties have been changed and updated. We introduce there a new Eurolines' timetable, which is valid until the end of March 2011.
